Children playfully skate across the frosty ice at the entrance to Frederiksberg Garden, a historic park on the grounds of Frederiksberg Castle in Copenhagen, and it does look like fun under the twinkling stars of the dark winter sky, where a helping hand for the youngsters to hold onto is close by. This is the enchanting motif of this year’s Royal Copenhagen Plaquette. The plaquettes have been issued every year since 1984 and come in a nice gift box, where you can write a personal note to the recipient.
