Description

Perfect for all heat sources – incl. induction. This item is made of matt enameled cast iron. When using it on a stove/glass top, it is important to lift the pan when you must move it – never push it back and forth on the stove. Suitable for oven and grill.
Cast iron retains and distributes the heat evenly and efficiently. Not suitable for acidic foods (e.g., tomatoes and fruit). Never use cast iron for long-term storage.
Not dishwasher safe. Cleaning should always be done with warm water and washing-up liquid. Make sure cast iron is completely dry before putting it away.
